FestSubmit Film Festival Submission Platform Launches to Support Small and Independent Film Festivals with No Registration Fee
Euro International Press, Paris, June 4 — FestSubmit, a film festival submission platform, has officially launched to support small and medium-sized film festivals, independent screen events, student film showcases, creative awards and cultural projects with submission and event presentation tools. The platform promotes a no-registration-fee approach designed to reduce early-stage technical costs for festival organizers.
For many small and emerging film festivals, building a submission system, collecting film materials, presenting award information, managing creator submissions and gaining search visibility can require additional platform fees and technical support. FestSubmit aims to provide a lighter digital solution that helps festivals publish calls for entries faster, organize submission materials and create public pages that can be searched and shared.
Following the launch, the platform will focus on film festival submissions, award entries, event pages, project information management, creator visibility and media release support. Festival organizers will be able to create project pages that present submission categories, deadlines, award structures, entry requirements, review arrangements and contact information.
FestSubmit is particularly focused on the needs of smaller festivals. Major festivals often have established technical teams, promotion budgets and industry channels, while many new events need affordable, easy-to-use and sustainable tools at the beginning of their development. The no-registration-fee model is intended to lower the entry barrier and help more local, thematic and independent festivals become visible to filmmakers.
The platform plans to gradually improve multilingual display, media release functions, project recommendations, festival page optimization and creator profile tools. FestSubmit aims to become a practical bridge between festival organizers and independent creators worldwide, supporting long-term branding and international visibility through low-cost digital infrastructure.
