欧洲足球青训体系为何持续输出人才
每个赛季，欧洲顶级联赛都会出现新的年轻球员。有人十七岁就登上职业赛场，有人在二十岁前成为国际明星。天赋固然重要，但欧洲足球持续输出人才，更依赖长期运转的青训体系。
法国、西班牙、德国、荷兰、葡萄牙和英格兰的俱乐部长期投资青少年培养。训练不仅包括技术，也包括战术理解、纪律、心理建设和职业态度。
法国拥有克莱枫丹等成熟培养体系。西班牙强调控球和比赛阅读。德国通过系统改革重建青训网络。荷兰和葡萄牙则证明，小国也可以通过优秀俱乐部培养世界级球员。
