Microinverters mounted underneath balcony solar frames endure brutal thermal expansion. EIP reliability tracking analyzed CE-certified microinverters under continuous full 800W loads. Inverters leveraging heavy cast-aluminum fins combined with complete IP67 epoxy potting maintained stable 800W outputs even when internal MOSFET sensors hovered around 82°C. Conversely, budget OEM units utilizing stamped-sheet thin aluminum hulls triggered aggressive thermal throttling.
