Who can attend, and how do badges work?
This is a professional hospitality and restaurant trade exhibition, not a general public home-and-lifestyle fair. Visitors should use the official registration route and check their eligibility. Journalists and accompanied student groups have separate accreditation arrangements, subject to approval.
The organiser says visitors must print their badge. It is personal, non-transferable and valid throughout the event. For current prices and package conditions, follow the booking link on the official event website rather than relying on a third-party ticket offer.
What will be on the exhibition floor?
Four sectors structure the event: Design, Foodservice, Wellbeing and Tech & Services. They allow a hotel team to connect questions about interiors and guest comfort with equipment, service processes and operating technology.
The theme “Hospitality in Motion” considers different accommodation models and the changing relationship between a property and its guests. Visitors can consult the exhibitor directory and programme in advance to choose the areas most relevant to their work.
Programme highlights to check
The official website announces an opening conference on Monday 2 November, from 11:00 to 12:00 on the Main Stage in pavilion 7.3, examining hospitality challenges and new technology. On Thursday 5 November, HITEC Paris and the Commercial Strategy Forum Paris address technology and commercial performance.
Announced inspirational spaces include the Senses Room, presented as an exploration of comfort, design and accessibility. Programme access and any additional registration conditions should be checked with the organiser.
Build a manageable visit
Our practical suggestion is to choose one main objective for the day: sourcing for a project, comparing technology, or studying a design and service question. Arrange essential meetings first and leave time between them to move through the exhibition. Keep written notes of supplier claims that require follow-up rather than treating a short demonstration as a completed evaluation.
