Screenwriting Course: Spring 2027 Admissions at ISECM Film School in Paris
European Institute of Cinema and Media (ISECM Film School) in Paris is accepting applications for its undergraduate-level Screenwriting Course for Spring 2027. Applications close on 15 December 2026, with classes beginning on 1 February 2027.
The course brings together writing for the screen and the study of film narrative. Its focus connects character development, story structure, dramatic situations and the relationship between written material and cinematic expression.
A screenwriting course provides a focused direction for applicants who want to explore how stories become scripts. Screenwriting requires more than dialogue: actions, setting, conflict and the order in which information reaches an audience all influence the finished work. Film literature offers an additional perspective on how stories are constructed and interpreted.
The pathway is relevant to prospective students interested in writing, cinema and narrative creation. Applicants should review the published course information and submit their background and supporting documents for admissions review.
