Zuivere sinusomvormerbelastingstest: golfvormvervormingsprestaties in het licht van heteluchtpistool en koelkast met hoge inductie
Het EIP-hardwaretestteam gebruikte de Fluke Power Quality Analyzer om de extreme uitgangszuiverheid van verschillende best verkochte draagbare invertervoedingen voor de Europese markt te evalueren. Uit feitelijke metingen is gebleken dat de totale harmonische vervorming (THD) van de nominale zuivere sinusgolf bij nullast minder dan 3% bedraagt, wat een uitstekende prestatie is. Na aansluiting op een industrieel heteluchtpistool van 2000 W en een inductieve voertuigcompressor maakt de hoogwaardige voeding van een grote fabrikant echter gebruik van geavanceerde SPWM digitale besturingsalgoritmen, zodat de golfvorm perfect vloeiend blijft. De golfvorm van sommige inferieure omvormers is echter ernstig vervormd en de harmonische vervorming bedraagt zelfs meer dan 12%. Door langdurig rijden kan de precisie-uitrusting van voertuigen gemakkelijk doorbranden.
