순수 사인파 인버터 부하 테스트: 높은 인덕턴스 열기 총 및 냉장고에 직면한 파형 왜곡 성능
EIP 하드웨어 테스트 팀은 Fluke 전력 품질 분석기를 사용하여 유럽 시장에서 가장 잘 팔리는 여러 휴대용 인버터 전원 공급 장치의 극도의 출력 순도를 평가했습니다. 실제 측정 결과 공칭 순수 사인파의 총 고조파 왜곡(THD)이 무부하 상태에서 3% 미만인 것으로 나타났습니다. 이는 탁월한 성능입니다. 그러나 2000W 산업용 열풍기 및 유도 차량용 압축기에 연결한 후 대형 제조업체의 고품질 전원 공급 장치는 고급 SPWM 디지털 제어 알고리즘을 사용하므로 파형이 완벽하게 부드럽게 유지됩니다. 그러나 일부 열악한 인버터의 파형은 심각하게 왜곡되어 있으며 고조파 왜곡이 12%를 초과하기도 합니다. 장기간 운전하면 고정밀 차량 장비가 쉽게 소손될 수 있습니다.
