Wettelijke beperkingen op het gebied van opwekking In 2026 heeft de volledig actieve Duitse structurele energierekening ‘Solarpaket I’ een revolutie teweeggebracht in de micro-opwekking door de registratie te consolideren tot één enkel online formulier binnen de MaStR-database, waardoor de wettelijke limiet voor micro-omvormers van 800 W wordt versterkt en oudere analoge energiemeters juridisch worden toegestaan om tijdelijk achteruit te draaien. Tegelijkertijd heeft Frankrijk systematisch het verbod op bouwkundig erfgoed voor balkons verlaagd. Door deze regelgevingskaders te presenteren in de vorm van downloadbare compliance-whitepapers worden risicomijdende Europese consumenten effectief omgezet.
